City Police in semifinals

VISAKHAPATNAM: Krishnam Raju’s goal helped City Police edge out Sabari Sporting 1-0 and enter the semifinals of the Bhupathi Raju memorial football tournament at the GVMC stadium here on Saturday. Krishnam Raju found the target in the 59th minute of the game.

Attili Suribabu Memorial FC received a walkover from East Coast Railway Sports Association in the other quarterfinal.

There are no matches on Sunday as the District Football Association is conducting its general body meeting. — Special Correspondent
