Patna: The Vigilance Bureau on Saturday lodged a case against seven persons, including a senior retired engineer, charging them with corruption and misappropriation of funds allotted for executing various projects under the State Building Department in Sheikhpura district of Bihar. Retired Executive Engineer Kapildeo Yadav, Assistant Engineer Dinesh Chandra, junior engineer Vidya Sagar, a clerk Ramchandra Singh and contractors Brijnanandan Prasad, Khalid Aziz Siddiqui and Pramod Kumar Singh were named in the case.
