DMK women’s wing meet postponed

CHENNAI: The Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam on Saturday deferred its women’s wing State conference, scheduled to be held on May 24 and 25 in Cuddalore, to July 12 and 13 owing to the heat.

The decision was taken after women’s wing representatives held discussions with the party president and the general secretary, according to a press release. — Special Correspondent
