FCI to supply rice, wheat

Thiruvananthapuram: The Food Corporation of India (FCI) will supply 10,000 tonnes of rice, in addition to the 17,056 tonnes allotted by the Centre, and 11,777 tonnes of wheat for distribution to the APL sections through ration shops during the current month. The allocation for BPL sections stands at 26,566 tonnes of rice and 6,963 tonnes of wheat. — Special Correspondent
