BELLARY: G. Janardhan Reddy, BJP MLC, on Saturday accused Superintendent of Police Amrit Paul of acting as an agent of the Congress and demanded that he be transferred to ensure free and fair elections in the district. Addressing presspersons here, Mr. Reddy cited several instances, including replacing the gunmen of B. Sriramulu, former Minister, during election time and said that there was no security for BJP workers in the district. — Staff Correspondent
