THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Byelections will be held to 26 wards of local self-government institutions on May 6, State Election Commissioner P. Kamalkutty has said. Mr.Kutty said on Saturday that elections would be held to four municipal, two block and 18 grama panchayat wards.
