Chandigarh: Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal on Sunday greeted the people of Punjab on the eve of 285th birth anniversary of great Sikh warrior of 18th century Jassa Singh Ramgarhia. In a message, Mr. Badal called upon the people of Punjab in general and youth in particular to carry on the legacy of Ramgarhia who fought the Mughals to safe guard the moral and ethical values of Sikh Panth. He said that the real tribute to him “would be to follow the path of righteousness preached by him for the uplift and betterment of the society.” PTI
