TRS(N), allies name candidates

HYDERABAD: The Telangana Rashtra Samiti (Nationalistic) led by Medak MP A. Narendra and its alliance partners have released the first list of candidates for nine Assembly and one Lok Sabha seat in the byelections.
The common candidates of TRS (N), Telangana Sangharshana Samiti (TSS) and Telangana Jana Parishad (TJP) were announced at a news conference here on Sunday. They included P. Srihari (Dommat), N. Balraj Goud (Ramayampet), G. Ramesh (Maidaram), K. Laxminarayana (Station Ghanpur), Mahesh (Cherial), K. Laxman (Khanapur), Shahzada Begum Sikander (Jadcherla), Ravi Kumar (Alair) and E. Balreddy (Yellareddy).
TSS State president T. Bellaiah Naik will be in the fray from Warangal for Lok Sabha while TJP state president Keshav Rao Jadhav or former MLA Desini Chinamallaih will also contest for Parliamentary seat from Karimnagar.
The second list would be out after accommodating requests from ticket aspirants. A request by the BJP to support the latter’s candidate in Musheerabad Assembly bypoll is under consideration, Mr. Narendra said.
