Feroz Khan’s daughter asked to settle discord

New Delhi: Laila Khan Rajpal, daughter of Bollywood actor Feroz Khan, has been asked by a Delhi court to try to iron-out matrimonial differences with her husband Rohit Rajpal, a tennis player.

In an order on joint petitions of Laila and Rohit for grant of divorce decree, Additional District Judge (ADJ) Seema Maini advised the couple to try to live together to save their marriage.

“Both, Laila Khan Rajpal (28) and Indian Tennis player Rohit Rajpal (37), were therefore advised to try to live together and to patch up their differences. In case they failed to do so, they might move their second motion petition within the statutory period as per law,” the judge said. The couple, on April 10, this year, had filed a joint petition seeking separation on the ground that their marriage has broken “irretrievably”. “There was not even a slightest possibility of their living together as husband and wife,” the petition said.
