Two arrested for impersonation

BANGALORE: Two candidates were arrested and booked for impersonation during the afternoon session of the COMED-K UGET here on Sunday. While one was a student from Bihar who was caught for impersonation, the other student was caught with an agent who was part of a nexus which was operating from Andhra Pradesh, COMED-K sources said. COMED-K authorities handed over the alleged impersonators to the Sanjaynagar Police Station.
Police sources said that Tilak Reddy, a student from Kamalakoti village in Nellore district, was being helped by an agent Shivaprasad. The COMED-K squads also found a list of 20 other students in the agent’s possession. The police have registered a case.
