Main accused Ramesh Yadav is a real-estate dealer Land dispute reason behind the murder attempt HYDERABAD: The police claimed to have foiled an attempt to kill a businessman with the arrest of two persons, including a real-estate dealer on Sunday. The real-estate dealer, B. Ramesh Yadav, 39, and his associate V. Madhusudan, 31, alias Madhu were planning to eliminate G. Ramesh from Old Bowenpally in connection with a land dispute. Yadav purchased 18 acres of land at Dichpally from Ramesh for Rs.80 lakh last year. CheatedA few months later, Yadav realised that Ramesh cheated him by selling assigned land. Even after approaching him, Ramesh was reluctant to settle the matter. Since then Yadav bore a grudge against Ramesh and decided to eliminate him. Accordingly, he approached Madhu and offered Rs.2 lakh to him for eliminating Ramesh. The duo later met Murtuza Quadri, a city dossier criminal, and paid Rs.25,000 to him as advance. Quadri, however, alerted the police who nabbed Yadav and Madhu, both from Karimnagar district. Two cell phones were also recovered from the arrested, according to the police..
