Cash counters to remain open

PANCHKULA: Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam on Monday announced that its cash collection centres would remain open on May 7 and all Saturdays, which are otherwise holidays in the State.

A spokesman of the Nigam said that the cash collection centres in Panchkula, Rohtak, Ambala, Yamunanagar, Kurukshetra, Kaithal, Karnal, Panipat, Sonepat, Jind and Jhajjar districts would remain open from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. to accept payment of electricity bills from the consumers.
