CHANDIGARH: The Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) has demanded the resignation of the Congress government in Haryana for alleged “collapse of the law and order situation”. Reacting to the Panipat train robbery, INLD secretary-general Ajay Singh Chautala said that the Congress regime had failed on all fronts and the people had lost faith in it. He charged that all the good work done by the earlier INLD government in the State was “being undone by the directionless and loose State administration” and “criminals had no fear of the law enforcement agencies”. Feeling of insecurityIn a statement here, Mr. Chautala alleged that murders, rapes, robberies, abductions and chain snatchings had become the order of the day and the people were feeling insecure. Meanwhile, Mr. Chautala also addressed public meetings in Harikot, Mangali, Patan, Aryanagar, Hindwaan, Singhraan, Gandhinagar, Rawalwas Khurd, Rawalwaas Kalan, Bhiwani Rohilla, Balsamand, Budaak, Basda, Chaudharywaas and Bherian villages of Adampur constituency and asked the people to vote for INLD candidate Sampat Singh in the upcoming Haryana Assembly by-election there. INLD leader Abhey Singh Chautala also addressed election meetings in Mahra, Rukhi, Ghilod, Ghilod Khera, Rithaal, Jasraana villages of Gohana constituency.
