Enumeration under way

VIRUDHUNAGAR: Entrepreneurs have been asked to cooperate with the enumerators of the fourth census of micro, small and medium enterprises.
In a statement, the Collector, V. Chandrasekaran, said the enumeration of all registered and filed entrepreneurs memorandum (EM) enterprises was under way.
The enumerators authorised by the General Manager, District Industries Centre, Virudhunagar would approach them for data collection during May-July 2008.
They would seek information on production, raw material, fuels, employment, exports, fixed assets, plant and machinery/equipment, products, services, network, loan taken by the enterprise and outstanding with them and few classificatory characteristics.
