KOLLAM: The Marketing Executives Club of the MSN Institute of Management and Technology (MSNIMT) is organising an international seminar on customer relationship management (CRM). Minister for Water Resources N.K. Premachandran will inaugurate the seminar, christened ‘Evoke 08,’ to be held at the Municipal Town Hall here on May 8. Experts based in India and abroad will take part in the seminar. They include Yoosuf Cader, marketing professor from Zayed University, Abu Dhabi, who will talk on “knowledge-based marketing.” The director of the Centre for Management Education and Entrepreneurship, Thiruvananthapuram, K.S. Chandrasekhar will also talk on the same subject. Buddhika Hewawasam from the Srilankan Airlines, Colombo, will deliver a talk on “CRM initiatives in service industry in Sri Lanka.” Srinivasan Mohandas from Satyam Computer Services, USA, will talk on “CRM and its implications coupled with analytics, a case study of North America. Former senior general manager of ICICI Bank, P.K. Raghuram, will talk on “CRM in banking sector.” The valedictory function will be inaugurated by R. Mahesh, Department of Management Studies, Anna University, Chennai.
