Achyuta Devaraya dead

BELLARY: Raja Achyuta Devaraya, the scion of Anegundi Samsthan, who was ailing for some time and admitted in a hospital at Hubli, died on Monday. He was 72. Achyuta Devaraya, son of Venkata Devaraya, and brother of Srirangadevarayalu, former Gangavati MLA, was adopted by Rani Lalkumari to become the descendant of the Anegundi Samsthan.
