The Cessna is here

Staff Reporter

BANGALORE: Our globalised world has changed in such a way that some of us can actually step out to shop for a plane, right from chartering to bush flying. One of the models on show here, the Cessna Citation CJ2+, a state-of-the-art general aviation (GA) aircraft, is an alternative for those who want to be spared the indignities and inefficiencies of a regular commercial airline.

The CJ2+ is a six-seater light jet that boasts the ability to travel non-stop anywhere in India, and is ideal for domestic and corporate needs.

The CJ2+ is currently on a world tour to attract prospective buyers and will be making pit stops in various countries. Taneja Aerospace and Aviation Ltd. (TAAL), which is the only authorised sales representative for Cessna in India, is responsible for its promotion here.

Cessna Finance Corporation (CFC) offers to provide financial aid to their customers. The price of the aircraft ranges between $2.8 million and $5 million.
