Directive on labour law

KOCHI: The Department of Labour is committed to implementing laws regulating child labour and migrant labourers, K. S. Premachandra Kurup, State Labour Commissioner, said. He directed the labour officers to implement these rules strictly and efficiently. Mr. Kurup was speaking at a review meeting of district labour officers and Regional Joint Commissioners from the south, central and north zones held here on Monday.

.K. Balachandran Nair, Additional Labour Commissioner; N. Anilkumar, JLO and others were also present.
