COIMBATORE: The Coimbatore Productivity Council organised a meeting on “Journey Towards Deming Prize” here.

S. Parthasarathy, president of Rane (Madras), said the prize was one of the highest awards on Total Quality Management. In 2007, Indian companies won both, the Deming Prize and the Japan Quality Medal. The Deming Application Prizes went to Asahi India Glass Limited and Rane (Madras) Limited.
