Four withdraw nomination papers

HAVERI: Four independent candidates withdrew their nomination papers in Haveri district on Tuesday. They are Shivarudrappa Basanagoudra and Shankarappa Akki from Byadgi constituency, Moulasab Bendigeri from Shiggaon and Basavaraj Nayak from Hirekerur constituency, a press release issued here on Tuesday said. Wednesday is the last day for withdrawal of nomination papers. — Staff Correspondent
