School gets land

NAGAPATTINAM: M. Singaravelu alias Murasoli Singaram of Chennai and son of Manicka Thevar, has donated two and half acres to the Government Higher Secondary School at Thanikottagam in Vedaranyam taluk in the district.

Chief Minister M. Karunanidhi handed over the documents received from Mr. Singaravelu to Thangam Thennarasu, Minister for Education, at a function in Chennai on Sunday.
