Sanctuary named after ornithologist

Thiruvananthapuram: The peacock sanctuary at Choolannur in Palakkad district is being named after ornithologist K.K. Neelakantan. An official notification here on Tuesday said it would be known as the K.K. Neelakantan Memorial Choolannur Peacock Sanctuary. — Special Correspondent
