UDHAGAMANDALAM: C.K. Deepak’s 122 helped Kents Cricket Club score a narrow three-run win over Youngstars CC in the Canara Bank-NDCA first division league, for the M.A. Chidambaram Rolling Trophy, at the HPF grounds here on Monday.

The scores:

First division: Kents CC 246 for six in 40 overs (C.K. Deepak 122, D. Mallikanth 40) bt Youngstars CC 243 for seven (B. Ramesh 40, T.C. Yadhush Bose 47, Leo Christy 41, D. Mallikanth four for 43).

All Stars CC 153 lost to CFSC 154 for eight in 25 overs (A. Sivakumar 49, Ignatius five for 45).

Second division: Sterling Biotech CC 188 (R. Vinod Kumar four for 24, H. Magesh four for 39) bt Kenthorai CC 122 (M. Manohar five for 28).

New Star CC 203 for seven in 40 (R. Saravanan 68) bt Mechanics CC 149.

Third division: Golden Eagle Brothers CC 201 (Vimal 48, Xavier 43) bt Galaxy CC 119 (Vimal four for eight).
