Rourkela: Ten businessmen were detained in connection with the seizure of six mobile phones and other restricted materials from various cells of the Rourkela Special Jail here a week ago, police said today. The 10 businessmen -- iron scrap dealers and leading contractors of Sundergarh district -- were detained after their mobile numbers were found in the seized sets. - PTI
