Journalist approaches Delhi High Court

New Delhi: The Delhi High Court on Tuesday sought response from the Delhi Police on a petition filed by a senior journalist Alok Tomar seeking to quash criminal proceeding against him. Tomar is facing proceeding for reprinting the controversial depiction of Prophet Mohammadin a magazine edited by him in 2006. He contended that the same carton was published in other newspapers but no action was taken against them
