Special Correspondent

HYDERABAD: Congress candidates are awaiting an auspicious day and time to file their nominations in the fond hope of performing well in the by-elections.

A majority of them are planning to file their papers on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday amid fanfare. Party leaders are gearing up for a show of strength after the filing of nominations. They want to ensure that district Ministers and, if possible, APCC president D. Srinivas are present in these programmes.
