HYDERABAD: Three persons, who allegedly murdered a Nepali, Pavan Subba, 23, a week ago, were arrested by the Humayunnagar police on Tuesday.
The victim hailing from Darjeeling of West Bengal came to city in search of job eight months ago. He used to earn Rs. 2,000 a month by working in a fast food centre. Subba would send Rs. 1,500 to his aged parents and keep the remaining amount for his expenses.
On the night of April 30, he was returning to his rented house on foot when one of the accused persons, Uppu Swamy, 30, who was heavily drunk, intercepted him. “Though he didn’t know who Subba was, Swamy accused him of being a thief in an inebriated condition and caught him, the Humayunnagar Inspector B.
