Whither infrastructure?: Public ire is mounting against the National Highways Authority of India for its inability to complete four-laning of the Vytilla-Aroor stretch on NH 47, even three years after the expiry of the deadline. Work has been abandoned on the stretch with worksites like these wearing a deserted look.
