BIDAR: Congress nominee for Bidar seat and former Minister Gurupadappa Nagamarapalli was arrested and later released on bail in connection with a violation of model code of conduct case on Wednesday. A release from Superintendent of Police A. Subramanyeswara Rao said that Mr. Nagamarapalli’s four-wheeler was seized by police on May 5. — Staff Correspondent
