TDMC posts win

ALAPPUZHA: Host TD Medical College began its campaign on a winning note in the George Kunjachan Memorial all-Kerala inter-medicos basketball tournament at the TD Medical College court here on Wednesday.

The host defeated Amala Medical College (Thrissur) 30-15 after leading 15-8 at half-time.

Bibin Kuriakose top-scored for the winner with 10 points, while Moahmmed (10 points) did the bulk of scoring for Amala College.
