Tributes paid to war veterans

PUDUCHERRY: Rich tributes were paid to the soldiers who laid down their lives during the Second World War on the commemoration of Armistice Day here on Thursday. Led by Vice-Consul of the Consulate-General of France in Puducherry Francois Striby, the staff of various offices attached to the Consulate placed wreaths at the War Memorial on the Beach Road.
