Coimbatore-Chennai special trains

CHENNAI: Southern Railway will operate special trains from Coimbatore to Chennai Central on May 10 and 11 to clear the extra rush.

Train No. 0608 and 0640 will leave Coimbatore at 11.30 p.m. and reach Chennai Central at 7.50 a.m. the next day. They will halt at Tirupur, Erode, Salem, Jolarpettai, Katpadi, Arakkonam and Perambur.

Reservation will commence on May 9, according to a railway release. — Special Correspondent
