PALAKKAD: The bodies of a woman and her daughter were found on the railway tracks, near Palappuram railway station in Ottappalam, in the early hours of Thursday. The younger son was found seriously injured near the two bodies. The deceased have been identified as Balkis, 27, wife of Munnappan, Kottekkad House, S.R.K. Nagar, Ottappalam, and her daughter Thaslima, 10. The son, Rafad, 7, has been admitted to a private hospital in Pattambi. — Staff Reporter
