Schedule of Golden Chariot for May-August

HUBLI: The South Western Railway has released the schedule of Karnataka’s luxury train Golden Chariot for the period May to August 2008.

According to a release, Golden Chariot will leave Yeshwanthpur Railway Station in Bangalore on May 26, June 2, 23, July 7, 28, and August 4 and 25. There will be no service on May 12, 19, June 8, 9, 16, July 14, 21 and August 11 and 18, the release said.

The train will leave Yeshwanthpur on Monday at 9 p.m. and reach Mysore at 11.58 p.m. It will be in Mysore on Tuesday, Wednesday and will leave for Hassan on Thursday at 6 a.m. and reach Hassan at 8.40 a.m. the same day. It leaves Hassan at 7.40 p.m. on Thursday and reaches Hospet at 5.30 a.m. on Friday. It leaves Hospet on Saturday at 6 a.m. and reaches Gadag at 8 a.m. Leaving Gadat at 8 a.m. it reaches Vasco da Gama at 5.30 a.m. on Sunday. It leaves Vasco at 9 p.m. on Sunday and reaches Yeshwanthpur at 11 a.m. on Monday.
