Now, public can lodge police complaints online

TIRUCHI: The city Police have launched a new facility to enable public to lodge complaints online.

The public could mail their complaints to the e-mail IDs of the Commissioner of Police, Deputy Commissioners of Police and Assistant Commissioners of Police, and Inspectors concerned.

A police press release issued on Wednesday assured that prompt and fair action would be taken on the complaints and the action taken would be communicated to them.

This facility would be of great help for the public to lodge their complaints without the hassle of travelling to the police station. The release urged the public to use the facility for redressal of their grievances.
