Reject regional parties: Kheny

HASSAN: Managing director of NICE Ashok Kheny on Thursday appealed to the people to reject regional parties in the elections.

Addressing a public meeting at Holenarsipur, Mr. Kheny said regional parties in the country had made their respective States their “personal property and family concerns”. They announce several concessions in their manifesto, but from where do they get the money to implement them, he asked.

Mr. Kheny charged that former Prime Minister H.D. Deve Gowda had come in the way of the work on the express corridor.
