Campaign hots up

Campaigning for the byelections seems to have been a dampened a bit by the soaring mercury. As the rising temperature is affecting the usual city life to some extent, campaign managers of different candidates seem to prefer going with the mood of sun and venture out to canvass during suitable hours.

Thus, in places one find party workers and leaders taking up the rigour of campaign during early hours and wind it up by 11 a.m. and return once the sun starts going down in the west. And most of the activity looks settled at stepping into colonies and going in for door-to-door campaign.
