NCC camp begins

Kochi: The annual training camp of the Naval Wing of the 7, Kerala Naval NCC, Ernakulam, began on Thursday.

Six hundred cadets and six NCC officers from schools and colleges in Kochi, Thrissur, Alappuzha and Lakshwadeep are participating in the camp.

The activities include parade training, boat pulling, sailing, firing, swimming and ship modelling. Visits have been organised to warships and professional schools of the Navy.
