Nightingale award

PANAJI: Nilima Pradipkumar Rane Faldessai, a staff nurse at the State-owned Goa Medical College Hospital, has been selected for the National Florence Nightingale Award to Nursing Personnel 2008. President Pratibha Patil will present the award to Ms. Rane Faldessai at the Rashtrapati Bhavan in New Delhi on May 11.

Ms. Rane Faldessai has been working as a staff nurse at the GMC since 1984. — Special Correspondent
