“Thalassaemia Awareness Week”

NEW DELHI: Municipal Corporation of Delhi Public Health Committee chairman V. K. Monga said on Friday that the civic body’s ongoing “Thalassaemia Awareness Week” at Hindu Rao Hospital was attracting a large number of patients.

Activities organised as part of the event include screening of ante-natal patients, creating public awareness by talksand a thalassaemia quiz for doctors.
