S. Hari Kumar

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: S. Hari Kumar has taken charge as Chief Technical Examiner in the Finance inspection wing of the Kerala government. He is an officer of the 1977 batch of IES. He comes from BSNL, Thiruvananthapuram, where he was Chief Engineer. He has experience of over 30 years in the civil construction wing of Postal and Telecommunication departments. — Special Correspondent
