Kathmandu: The first meeting of the Seven Party Alliance (SPA) after the constituent elections has suggested that the Prime Minister hold the first Constituent Assembly (CA) before May 28. A working committee comprising 12 leaders of the seven parties has been formed to carry out consultations with parties such as Madhesi Janadhikar Forum (which is not in the SPA but which emerged the fourth largest party in the elections). The first Constituent Assembly meeting should be convened within 21 days of the announcement of the CA election result.
