New CEO for SriLankan Airlines

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: SriLankan Airlines has appointed Manoj Gunawardena as the chief executive officer of the airline.

Mr. Gunawardena has been with the airline for over 25 years, a release from the airline said. Mr. Gunawardena was appointed as head of worldwide sales in May 2006 and is currently responsible for the airline’s global sales activities.
