Kullu: The two-day national poetess meet with more than 30 participants from 18 States and Union Territories started at the picturesque Kullu valley here on Saturday . Organised by Mahila Sahityakar Sansthan, the event was inaugurated by Mridula Sinha, former chief of Central Welfare Board. On the inaugural day, poetess Alka Sinha from Bihar, Nirmala Pandey from Tamil Nadu, Kankak Lata from Andaman and Nicobar and Rekha Vyas from Gujarat recited their latest poems.
