Shimla: A two-day long food festival was organised at Sangla in Kinnaur district of Himachal Pradesh to acquaint people with the rich culture of the area. The festival was organised by the Sangla Valley Sustainable Development Society in association with Himalaya Research Group, Agriculture University, Palampur and FIBL Institute of Switzerland. The festival was organised for the first time in Sangla in order to promote ‘Home Stay Tourism’. It saw participation of both domestic and international tourists.
