Srinagar: A man was on saturday arrested in Kupwara district of Jammu and Kashmir for allegedly kidnapping and raping a girl. Mohammad Shafi Gazi was arrested from Hadipora chowk in as he was trying to flee the area after allegedly raping the girl, whom he had kidnapped two days earlier, a police spokesman said. On Thursday, Ghulam Mohammad Ganaie had lodged a complaint with the police that his daughter has been kidnapped by Gazi.
