Micro-observers in Belgaum district

Belgaum: The District Election Officer and Deputy Commissioner has appointed 1,154 micro-observers to oversee the polling process in the district.

Official sources said here on Saturday that the micro-observers would assist the general and expenditure observers and the district administration in ensuring purity of the polling process. The micro-observers will report to the observers. After the elections are over, the observers and the micro-observers will submit reports to the Election Commission. — Staff Correspondent
