KADAPA: A couple -- Alamuru Venkatasubba Reddy and Govindamma – got electrocuted and the woman’s sister Pedda Govindamma suffered burns in Chennamukkapalle in Khajipet mandal late on Friday night. Govindamma suffered electrical shock while putting wet clothes on a copper earthing wire and her husband who tried to rescue her also lost his life, according to the police. Her son Sudarshan Reddy also tried in vain to rescue her, the police said –Special Correspondent
