PUDUCHERRY: A two-day soft skills training programme, “Me, My Skills, My Well-Being”, was organised here by Puducherry-based training and consultancy organisation, Morphose. More than 100 persons, including professionals, home makers, job seekers, children and entrepreneurs took part. Participants were briefed on topics such as soft skill development, health and nutrition, organic and health food, skin care, aromatherapy, holidaying and savings, by experts. “The programme was designed to help young people discover their talents and strengths in order to face the many challenges of everyday life. The free assessment examines interpersonal skills and positive behaviours by measuring responses to real life situations,” said Sindhuja Rai and Sapna Anne, founders of Morphose. The event had its share of fun and entertainment, with contests and magic tricks included.
