CHANDIGARH: The Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) Gohana Sub-division Secretary Ravinder Dhal and Publicity Secretary Ramesh Batra joined the Congress on Sunday. The function was held in the presence of Rohtak Member of Parliament Deepender Singh Hooda at a Backward Class rally organized in support of Congress nominee Jagbir Singh Malik for the Gohana Assembly by-election. Mr. Hooda asserted that the security of the Haryana Janhit Congress and INLD candidates for the three by-elections would be forfeited.
